What is Rippling IT?

Rippling IT is a modular suite for managing workforce identities, application access, company devices, and equipment inventory. Its Identity Management capabilities include user provisioning and deprovisioning, multifactor authentication policies, group management, and access rules based on employee attributes. Single Sign-On provides access to connected applications, with SAML and SCIM integrations supporting authentication and provisioning workflows. Changes to an employee’s role or employment status can trigger updates to application access.

I don't have to use three different platforms to manage my employees and their devices. Instead, I use Rippling that provides an accurate overview of my entire team, from onboarding to offboarding. Automation is used here to minimize human efforts in executing various routine actions like approving permissions, access to information, etc. AI in Rippling is rather operational than analytical: it helps execute tasks rather than make strategic decisions based on predictions.
