- Scan to Salesforce allows me to save time on manually entering leads into my CRM, transitioning from a physical card quickly allows me to engage my leads more quickly and stay organized.
- I appreciate the ability to add notes on the mobile app after scanning a business card. Scanning multiple cards at once is speedy!

- Simple to make edits when importing into Salesforce.
Cons
- I told Scan to Salesforce that I would appreciate an improvement that auto-corrects for all-capital letters, replacing them with lower case. They are currently looking into a fix.
