My organization uses SAP FG for the following: Standardized competitive sourcing process to find candidates with the right skills at compliant with market rate table. It is a centralized platform for managing the entire contractor lifecycle from hiring to payment. Integration with DXC's procurement and approval workflows. Visibility into contractor workforce and spend management. Reporting is accurate and very useful.

- Multi Taxes for states/provinces are not calculated correctly.
- When timesheets approvals have an issue, they are not easy to fix, requires more technical experts to fix it.
- Timesheets need to repush because they don't flow correctly and suppliers don't get paid on time.

- Streamline workflow- visible to Supply Chain, Business Units, Executives, etc.
- Faster hiring that helps DXC achieve revenue targets
