We have our SAP S4HANA ERP systems, for which seamless connectivity is needed by the banking clients and partners. Multibank connectivity makes it possible with "One connection" and allows you to perform multiple tasks. It uses the SAP BTP platform for connection and other governance requirements. Basically, this is used by bank treasury operations to provide seamless connectivity with the SAP S4 HANA system to meet data requirements.

Objective was to Automate/Secure connectivity to Major bank transactions.
Automation avoids mistake and manual efforts related to bank transactions. Seamless Integration with Bank of America really help business with day-to-day operations. After go-live sometime getting support in timely manner is difficult. Tech support really have difficult understanding customer landscape and limitation. Support is not available as per US business hours.
