The core product is excellent. Now with changing times, the complications are increasing. SAP says the product is being simplified; however the developments are becoming complex. The integrations are changing.
From customer point of view - great product for operational purpose. We today have no clear vision where we will be in future and what skillsets would be needed. however thats the journey.

I've been a user and partner for 13 years. I have seen SAP evolve since the ECC days. I would say the growth of SAP Cloud ERP has been incredible. Now with Fiori it has become much more user friendly. I started my career having to memorize t-codes. With Fiori it has become much more intuitive and makes things much easier and faster to use. Excited for the future of the AI Joule capabilities
