Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We needed to drive standard process and process ownership in the business. Through the use of Signavio we allocated the processes in each area and ensured the right individuals governing over them. Any chance from standard was mapped out but also reviewed and signed off in each area. This included the use of BTP apps in our processes

Identify the right system roles needed for each process
Provided us with a suite of standard processes to start with

We also use it for optimization our sap EC C to RISE journey and ensure clean core mechanism. There are other consequent benefits like working capital optimization, collection optimization.
