Overall Satisfaction with SAP Signavio Process Transformation Suite

We needed to drive standard process and process ownership in the business. Through the use of Signavio we allocated the processes in each area and ensured the right individuals governing over them. Any chance from standard was mapped out but also reviewed and signed off in each area. This included the use of BTP apps in our processes

Pros

  • Audit trail on who has reviewed and signed off
  • Identify the right system roles needed for each process
  • Provided us with a suite of standard processes to start with
  • Use of standard processes across our clean core was a real time saver and improved our time to implement
  • Driving change in the organisation on process ownership
Needed to get our people used to working with it but once we did it was a game changer. Does need some ongoing maintenance that needs to be build into the organisation structure
Functionality is far better in Signavio. Also the pre cashed processes were a game changer
