SCORM Cloud by Rustici Software is a solution for testing, delivering and tracking eLearning content. It’s designed to help learning professionals, content creators and developers handle the complexities of eLearning standards with ease.

SCORM Cloud supports a wide range of industry standards, including SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004 (all editions), AICC, cmi5, xAPI (Experience API) and LTI. This means it can play nearly any standards-compliant course—from interactive SCORM packages to lightweight PDFs and MP4s—making it a flexible platform to meet all training needs.

For testing, SCORM Cloud allows the user to upload and validate content to ensure it meets eLearning specification requirements, and it offers multiple options to reach learners. Whether it is used for sending individual invitations to learners with no LMS or delivering content through another platform, SCORM Cloud provides full visibility into learner activity and outcomes.

SCORM Cloud also has a Dispatch capability, used to distribute content to third-party platforms (like LMSs) without losing control, featuring usage tracking, access management, and the ability to update content after it's been distributed.

For developers and platform providers, SCORM Cloud includes an API that can be used to embed content delivery and tracking directly into in-house application. The Cloud API is usable for learning platforms worldwide to power their eLearning capabilities behind the scenes.
