SCREENish is time tracking with screenshots and activity levels, built for teams that work remotely or in the field.

AI face verification confirms, with the employee's consent, that the person at the keyboard is the person being paid, so buddy punching stops being possible. An AI model running on the device checks each verification and flags spoofing attempts such as a photo or a video held up to the camera.

Offline work is not lost. When the connection drops, the desktop app keeps capturing and buffers everything locally, then uploads it once the network is back.

What it records: screenshots on a ten-minute cadence, activity levels, idle time, time per project and per task, and the programs used. Screenshots can be blurred for privacy, and every monitor is captured on multi-screen setups.

Reporting: work logs by day and by worker, approvals, timesheets, payroll and invoicing figures, and a team overview showing who is working right now.

Platforms: desktop apps for Windows, macOS and Linux, an Android app for GPS tracking of field staff, and a Chrome extension. The service runs on AWS.
