Pros

  • A broad-based, unified platform that can be used in many areas across campus.
  • Robust database that is very customizable.
  • A web-based platform that can be used on any device.

Cons

  • Outdated look and feel for internal and external customers.
  • Somewhat complicated and tough to learn; it's not very intuitive.
  • Customer service response times and support leave something to be desired.

Most Important Features

  • Able to be used across the campus in many areas - from enrollment and grades to school store management.
  • We have a long-term partnership with Senior and they have helped us build a robust system that is very tailored to our needs.
  • Having everything available in one system is extremely convenient.
