What is SentinelDB?
SentinelDB is a database solution that provides data security through encryption and brings compliance with data privacy regulations and standards (GDPR, PSD2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS) through integration with existing IT systems. Access to data is stored using a blockchain-driven module, and activity can be monitored real-time in SentinelDB BI-enabled dashboard. This solution addresses two major concerns:
• Personally-identifiable data needs to be protected in accordance to good practice and regulatory requirements in the EU and beyond
SentinelDB can store any type of data, but can also be used for personal data. This database solution uses encryption so that every entry of the database is encrypted, and data breaches are improbable. SentinelDB leverages a key management system, whereby only key customer employees have access to data, and anomalous behavior is detected through a combination of rule-based and machine learning algorithms.
