We use SERPs.com to track the monetarily relevant keywords for us as well as research new keywords to generate content for our users. The tool is mainly used to measure the success of our SEO efforts and keep an eye on the competition. We also use this for measuring the results of our SEO experiments.

It is great if small and medium scale businesses to track their SEO efforts. The tool does not really offer too many features that a large enterprise might be benefit from. Also the UI of the tool can be improved + connections with the other tools.
The accuracy is good enough to understand the overall movement in the market for your relevant keywords.
