We use SharperAx to train our sales team. This is both for onboarding and ongoing training. The usage of ShaperAx for creating content is more than sales. Product Marketing, Support as well as Sales all create content for use by the sales team.
ShaperAx allows new sales reps to ramp much faster to hit quota and keeps the team much more consistent on messaging and therefore more effective at closing.

Pros
- Creating a curriculum for training
- Feedback from managers to reps on their recordings which forces an interactive learning versus just watching videos
- Crowdsourcing of best videos through the creation by the team and promotion of best videos.
Cons
- SFDC integration could be tighter.
- Better ratings on videos to allow more crowdsourcing.
Likelihood to Recommend
SharperAx is great for a larger, distributed sales team with lots of messaging and content. It does not seem as appropriate for a commodity product which is mostly price driven.
