Digital Case helps teams match emails to customer context, categorize requests, apply service level timelines, maintain a shared case thread, and keep traceability from intake through resolution.
Deductions and Claims
Deductions and Claims automates the identification, validation, and recovery of customer deductions. It extracts deduction information during cash application, maps reason codes, retrieves supporting documentation, and applies AI and business rules to help determine valid and invalid claims. Valid deductions can be processed in the ERP, while invalid claims are routed into collections workflows for follow up.
Cash App
Cash App automates the process of matching incoming payments to open accounts receivable items. It uses AI, machine learning, and intelligent document processing to capture and interpret remittance information from emails, PDFs, portals, EDI files, bank feeds, and lockbox files.
