Users can request access for new guests with an automated request & approval workflow. Team owners or administrators can then approve the requests.

Regular automated access reviews and guest lifecycles can be set so that if the guest users do not require further access, they can be removed automatically from the tenant.

In the Onboarding & Compliance Portal, the user can ask new guests for additional information as metadata and have them read or even sign non-disclosure agreements, GDPR rules etc.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use this feature on a weekly basis to conduct meeting with vendors and customers (referral sources). This is a very convenient way to conduct business with people from across the country on one platform. The functionality is very accommodating to our needs especially the ability to share screens and give control, etc.
