Use Cases and Deployment Scope

My organization uses SteramWork as an internal proofing tool to share creative assets and provide feedback. We also use this tool to share assets externally and collect feedback from clients we work with. StreamWork is a wonderful tool that streamlines our process to collect feedback and ensuring nothing is misunderstood.

I feel this tool is great for external sharing of items to gather feedback in once place, even by multiple people. However I have found some of the proofing process set up to not be user friendly.

Our company uses StreamWork to collaborate across time zones and global regions. With StreamWork, our remote team members can communicate about their projects, review solutions, iterate, and collaborate. StreamWork also ensures that projects with aggressive deadlines stay on track and that iterations are tracked. In one sentence: StreamWork helps us with project plans, tracking iterations, and ensuring that project stakeholders and participants are in alignment.

1) I like that "Approvals" are on the main nav as this expedites my workflow as I'm QA for all our projects. I save time by not delving down into each project workspace 2) The Approval widget on the dashboard is also a time saver! 3) The "Review Approvals" section - I like being able to see the status of each user's approval process so I can send reminders 4) The "Skip Decision" feature is helpful as we're entering holiday season with folks being OOO.... we want to avoid gatekeeping/blockers. 5) While I haven't yet used the split review process, I can see how it will be helpful on my large-scale, long-term projects.

Before now, my team has struggled with the creative reviews process. All of the other solutions we've tried added too many extra steps or resulted in important feedback being buried. StreamWork's Asana integration keeps all feedback in one place and ensures the right people have visibility at the right time.

StreamWork is a great solution for creative, brand, and marketing teams using Asana for their creative operations. Whether you have a straightforward approvals structure or a complex routing process, StreamWork integrates seamlessly with pre-built automations within Asana. With StreamWork, all feedback and versions are clearly visible and easy to navigate. It is a game changer!

StreamWork was particularly effective for client video reviews. The ability to comment directly on specific timestamps made it clear where edits were needed and saved us from the usual back-and-forth email exchanges.

I use StreamWork as a client-facing project manager that needs to share deliverables with clients in a way that both meets our security needs, and creates an easy and quick experience for the client. StreamWork creates an easy way to share multiple versions of a deliverable, provides tools to make feedback very clear and allows clients to share the review link with internal stakeholders as needed.

StreamWork overall is well suited for most marketing agency use cases. Overall, it is simple and easy to use with minimal snags in the process. The StreamWork team has always been responsive and collaborative when challenges arise, and we have even had new solutions created since adopting in response to our needs. The only situation where I think StreamWork may not be the best solution is for massively large agencies or workplaces with 1,000+ employees.

We use StreamWork to collaborate on video content. We have multiple individuals and teams that need to provide feedback and approvals across multiple video iterations. StreamWork enables us to organize this in one place, accelerating the time it takes us to get our video content completed.

StreamWork has been perfect for our team to review marketing videos. We have multiple stakeholders that need to give feedback and StreamWork is very well suited for that.

We haven't expanded into using StreamWork in other areas yet.

I use StreamWork as a consultant working with multiple companies. It helps me coordinate feedback, reviews, and approvals in one place, instead of relying on scattered emails and documents. For my use case, it’s a simple way to keep projects moving and reduce the back-and-forth, especially when I’m collaborating across different teams and tools like Asana.

Likelihood to Recommend

StreamWork is great for keeping feedback and approvals in one place and works well alongside Asana without adding anything extra. It also fits lean teams since it helps create structure without being heavy. The only time I’d be cautious is rolling it out to a really large org all at once. I think it’s easier to start small and build from there.
