UPDF from Superace provides us with our day-to-day management of documentation including advice documents, application forms, and all compliance documents. As a financial planning business, the main problem this has solved is efficiency. Other pdf software's have been clunky and not really intuitive to use, where UPDF from Superace is super simple to use, and makes day-to-day document management much easier.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Our extensive records require a high level of data hygiene to ensure visibility. Be they cross-functional records, client archives, partner correspondences, or project documentation, we maintain a high standard in record keeping. Not only does UPDF's awesome OCR allow for lookups to be much more simple, they also rock great editing capabiliites. It's intuitive and powerful yet light. I personally like how nice it feels to separate, join, and convert files without having to jump back and forth between multiple tools. These features allow us to make sure our records are clean and purposeful, and it's more than amazing that it's all very quick and lightweight without having all the fuss of a central launcher login constantly trying to sync, or the heft of a whole ecosystem.

We utilise UPDF from Superace as a full replacement for Adobe across our business. The primary function we use UPDF for is document creation, editing and secure PDF management. With UPDF from Superace, our team are able to prepare client-ready documents, merge and convert documents between formats without relying on multiple software tools. As a business, we decided to complete a review of our software to look for any savings. From this review, we realised we were spending more and more on Adobe across the multiple accounts. This is where UPDF from Superace came in and we found that we would be able to completely replace Adobe for an alternative that has the same/similar functionality for a far lower cost.

Being able to send documents for digital signing directly from UPDF from Superace
Being able to put symbols into a document. For example, I was completing a form and had to use the draw function instead of just using a tick symbol.

We used some other tools typically Adobe for a long time. But UPDF from Superace is much cheaper and fits our needs. You can add annotations, mark up, and edit your PDF file as you need. It has really good UX/UI, so it's easy to use even for non-tech people. Honestly. The best part is we can leave comments as we usually work with different teams and members like legal, accounting, etc. That way, we can optimize our work very easily. It also has an OCR feature so you can scan a document and pull up details as well. Or send it via email straight out from UPDF from Superace. No need to log in into your email account and add an attachment.
