Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We love the look of the interface. The boards looked very well organized. All the proposed functions are exactly what we were looking for in an HR platform. We particularly like the recruiting features for onboarding and performance appraisal.

Pros

I like that this show isn't just about human resources.
I like the design and it's simple enough to refer to how it works.

Cons

I wish it had an easier use of time sheets. It is not feasible to use without having to have a specific time set.

Likelihood to Recommend

We implemented SutiHR as our first HR system. This choice was based on flexibility, ease of use, functionality and, of course, the equality of our data. While it doesn't offer a compelling interface like other products we've demonstrated, SutiHR has an all-in-one solution from new hire to termination, with room for customization.
