Symantec Deepsight helps us to stay away from malware and threat attacks on our network. The regular updates on the tool keep it up to date. Deepsight feeds help us to analyze the threats. It has a very friendly UI to work with and it does provide detailed information on detected threats. They do provide multiple service levels to choose from according to our needs. Email notification works well.

- Prices seems to be very high , Only top tier plans have all features.
- Customer support needs to be improved, They do take a long time to reply back to queries.

We do come across multiple security tools but we get more information and security on Symantec deep sight.
