Use Cases and Deployment Scope
We use Synchronoss Digital Experience Platform to house our database pulled from different portals, to make information available for different users, with the same format and data output. Instead of logging in to a different vendor portal, the user would just login to 1 site and all the information will be available. We can also use results from other users who previously requested them to eliminate the run time for new queries.

If your organization has multiple databases, this is well suited to pull all the information and house it in a central intake. Also, this is ideal for contractors with different levels of access without changing the main access for non-employees in the mainframe. It does not rely on a VPN or secured connection other than browser security managed by my organization.
