Hiring technical talent, full time and contractors. They are extremely fast and have an efficient process to hire. They allow us to make hires in days with many high quality candidates instantly available. The contract to hire model is great for us as it is a low initial commitment with the ability to get to hire someone quickly who is well vetted, and keep the optionality to bring them on full time after getting to work with them. Terminal provides a lot of speed and flexibility to our business to start and scale projects.

Terminal has the best remote technical talent available to fit your needs at very affordable prices, making them very flexible and useful for startups and large enterprises. It's not suited if you are trying to hire people to be in a specific location or office as their talent is based outside the US (Canada, LatAm, Europe)
