Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use it for hiring staff employees. TestGorilla allows us to screen the best candidates and saves us tons of time on the front end to make sure the right candidates are applying for the right positions within our organization. We pair this with a job search on LinkedIn and other sites to make sure the right people are applying.

TestGorilla is best used if you want to screen the people that are applying for positions within your company. We have found that we are able to weed people out of the process due to the amazing screening that TestGorilla does for us on the front-end. We love the assessments it makes the candidates take! I would like to see it integrate more with some of our current systems thought. We use Rippling currently for employee management/payroll and would love to see it integrate there.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

As an agency looking for a Virtual Assistant we are looking for a website that could help lessen our job or to do the work for us. Luckily, I have known TestGorilla, we used it as a first step to test the applicants if they are worthy of the next level of the hiring process wherein we don't have to ask a lot of questions during the interview because TestGorilla did that for us! For that reason, we don't have to pay a lot of employees to go through all the applicants, its saves time and money.

Daily, I received a bulk of Resumes/applicants, I sometimes mistook the important details to look into or to question due to I have a lot of applicants waiting to be called next. TestGorilla is well suited for you when you received a bulk of applications however if you only received one or two applicants better do it yourself.
