Free ($0/month) includes $10 in free credits to start sending immediately - no credit card required. Covers core single-piece sending at standard per-piece rates. Does not include automation, QR tracking, API access, or AI features. Business ($49/month) includes $49 in monthly credits and unlocks discounted per-piece rates plus the full feature set: all campaign types, QR tracking, API and webhook access, Zapier/Make/n8n integrations, address verification, suppression lists, AI personalization, and dynamic per-recipient content. Professional ($199/month) includes $49 in monthly credits, the lowest per-piece rates, a dedicated account manager, design and messaging concierge services, and direct Slack access to the thanks.io team. High Volume (custom) is available for enterprise and high-volume senders - contact sales for custom rates and SLAs. Sample Mail rates on Business / Professional: 4×6 postcard $0.73 / $0.60, 6×9 postcard $0.87 / $0.67, notecard $1.79 / $1.45. First Class upgrades are available for $0.05–$0.21 per piece depending on size. Nonprofits qualify for discounted postage (postcards from $0.45/piece). Yearly plans carry a subscription discount. Data services (address/email/phone append, radius search) are pay-per-use on all tiers.
