Lob Review

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use it to review policy documents, mailers, and outgoing checks. It does become somewhat labor-intensive to navigate between documents, but compared to other systems we have used, it doesn't greatly increase our effort.

Pros

  • Quickly search for customers and accounts.
  • Documents can be saved easily.
  • The menu selection is easy to find and use.

Cons

  • I'm not sure why it defaults to the test environment once we're logged in.
  • Make it easier to navigate back to the search results without starting a new search.

Return on Investment

  • It has provided excellent insight to help us assist our customers in reviewing expected documents.
  • The details concerning the mailed documents is also valuable information.

Great mail campaign tool.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use it to send mass-printed mailers to our agents and one-time mailers about properties people are interested in when visiting our site. We need a cost-effective option to send postcards to our real estate agents, and we need them sent in a timely manner. We tend to use this for Just Listed, Just Sold, upcoming auctions, and sometimes there are general ones that an agent just wants to get their name out.

Pros

  • Ease of use on the website.
  • Showing your campaigns and ease of reviewing them.
  • Submitting a campaign is really straightforward and easy to use.

Cons

  • Probably an easier way to focus on tracking the specific campaign when reviewing it. Not going back to the list of ALL individual mailers going out.
  • Loading the mail list used to be really easy, but sometimes it seems more finicky with the extra columns in there. Perhaps a warning about that?
  • Ease of tracking: when it says there are failed mail pieces, send us a clear, easy-to-understand report on which ones failed and why.

Return on Investment

  • The hard part is that the agents mostly see the returns over us, so I don't know the specific numbers.
  • Some agents have great responses; others not as much. Or they get 75% of their mailers returned, and we don't know why.
