What is The Reflection?
The Reflection is a Peer Learning Platform for communication skills development for corporate training, with gamification features.
It is impossible to learn how to negotiate, sell ideas, communicate effectively with clients and colleagues just by taking courses or practicing with virtual chatbots. Employees will not be communicating with bots, but with real people. The development of communication skills requires constant person-to-person practice and regular corrective feedback.
So The Reflection implements this training through online face-to-face business games between employees (negotiation duels) where they can demonstrate their skills and then reflect on their practice using video recording of the duel.
