Task management as it should work.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Things isn't a widely used app in my organization. My understanding is that everyone tries their best to find a way to organize their work in the best possible way. To me, it addresses the problem of collecting, processing, sorting, and prioritizing work tasks. I occasionally also use it for private matters, when there's a bigger event planned, and not just for grocery shopping.

Pros

  • Keeps track of my daily priorities.
  • Collects my work tasks.
  • Let's me sort and prioritize tasks.
  • Organize my tasks.

Cons

  • Shortcut for moving tasks to areas.

Return on Investment

  • Working fewer nights, because I'm more organized.
  • Getting that admin done, that you'd rather avoid if possible.
  • Getting back to people in time more generally.
