Tradogram provides all of the basics with little frills
Use Cases and Deployment Scope
We use Tradogram for all of our purchasing that requires a PO or any level of receiving at our dock. For the manufacturing aspect of our business, we need to have these structures in place so that we can effectively manufacture our products on time and according to plan. We also have a significant portion of our business that is non-PO related. We started to use Tradogram to track non-PO invoicing as well, but found that the system was not well suited for such transactions.
Pros
- User-friendly
- Helpful and attentive staff
- Dashboard
- Easy import/export
- Customizable workflow
- Project coding capabilities
Cons
- Reporting is really rigid and not customizable (except at an additional fee)
- The API is new and still requires significant work to connect back into our ERP
- Non-PO invoicing is extremely basic and doesn't draw from existing features
- Can take a lot of clicks to get through a task
Likelihood to Recommend
If your business is focused on one specific product or small in scope, Tradogram should be able to suit your needs. If you require simplistic reporting without in depth project codes and details, it does provide basic functionality that is very well suited for small enterprise. Companies that do all of their purchasing with POs will find it to be useful. If you are able to operate without needing it to plug back into a comprehensive ERP system, it should be sufficient.
