What is Tripleseat and Gather?

Tripleseat, from the company of the same name in Concord, is a Sales and Event Management web application designed to generate sales and streamlines the planning process for restaurants, hotels, and unique venues, a web-based system created by restaurant event planners for restaurant event planners. Tripleseat was merged with Gather March, 2020, to combine the applications' capabilities. The product line will continue under the Tripleseat brand.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We have been using Tripleseat since 2019 and it has streamlined our booking process so well! Having lead forms on our website and social media platforms that feed directly into the Tripleseat platform makes life very easy. Being able to set tasks by lead or event makes follow-up and admin duties very manageable. The ability to create contracts with ease is a huge time saver, as well as having picklists with all of our menus. It's been a game changer.

We use TripleSeat to create contracts for catering events like Weddings, Baby Showers, etc. It allows clients to review and approve contracts, choose options and gratuity, and sign. The system also allows us to communicate with clients and then creates a log of that communication, which is attached to the contract profile for the event. It also allows our payroll and accounting team an easy reference for sales and gratuity data.

I use Tripleseat [and Gather] for programming purposes for our website and app. It is used to gather information about events we hold and future events we plan on hosting. I program for the whole of our UK operations and the events country-wide. We add each event to each location with information and photos attached.
