Overall Satisfaction with Tripleseat and Gather

I use Tripleseat [and Gather] for programming purposes for our website and app. It is used to gather information about events we hold and future events we plan on hosting. I program for the whole of our UK operations and the events country-wide. We add each event to each location with information and photos attached.

  • Hard to edit events enmasse
  • Automatic upload to website and app
  • Compatibility with website
  • Ability to add multiple event locations
  • ROI is hard to decipher as the financial aspect of the program is often difficult to use
  • It is a good platform to manage everything in one place
  • It helps largely with compliance to our brand for the company

It is not great for adding images to promote events as the images have to be of a certain size and this size is often difficult to manage. The program also doesn't differentiate very clearly between past and upcoming events so when you search it is difficult to decipher which events were from years ago and which are recent/upcoming.
