TruCentive is well-suited for both marketing and sales. An example of where it could be used well is when you want to encourage someone to show up to a meeting. If they attend the meeting, you will send them a gift card for lunch. However, they must attend the meeting before the gift card is sent via TruCentive.

I use TruCentive as an incentive for people to use me as their realtor. It's a huge saving because most of my colleagues use physical cards that expire or get thrown out. With TruCentive I'm able to mitigate the majority of my cash risk. Also, the fact that I can offer multiple vendors to choose from is awesome.

It's the best alternative to a physical gift card. Recipients can choose which vendor to redeem their card with which just can't be done with physical cards. I also use them for contests in order to generate leads for my business. A great promotion for any business. You won't be disappointed.

TruCentive is well suited for when you wish to send gift cards to large amounts of people quickly, whether it is for a gift or a reward for completing an action. One of the main reasons why our company uses TruCentive is that there is a claiming system in place where the recipients have to claim their gift card in the appropriate amount of time or else the budget set for the gift cards returns to our company. That helps eliminate inefficient use of funds.
We found it easy to distribute gift cards to families, donors, vendors, and volunteers. Some of the issues we found were that the emails went to people's spam and they never received it. Otherwise, it was helpful with so many card choices and the various email templates you can send. would recommend to others.

We sent thank you gift cards during national volunteer week to support our amazing community. They were very appreciative. We did find the emails went to spam and quite a few people did not receive or did not cash in their gift card. The ones who did receive it sent thoughtful thank you note to us and we found that very rewarding.
