Use Cases and Deployment Scope
Trullion is the keeper of all of our leases for property and equipment. We use Trullion to book out monthly JE's according to ASC 842.
Pros and Cons
  • One stop shop to hold our lease documents
  • Notifies us when leases are due for renewal
  • Provides our monthly JE's to keep us in accordance with ASC842
  • More automation with the abstracting of the leases
  • More automated messages when something gets added
  • Little more user friendly in the format
Likelihood to Recommend
Trullion helped us get our leases in order and provide one place to house these. I like the payment schedules for budgeting purposes, this works well.
