Unitify

Unitify is a platform for owner-occupied residential buildings: homeowners associations (HOAs), condominiums, co-ops, and the community management companies that run them. It puts billing and collections, resident communication, maintenance requests, owner voting, and building equipment records into one system, with AI handling routine work such as sorting incoming requests.

Key capabilities: billing and invoicing with online payments and debt management; a resident mobile app for payments, requests, announcements, and bookings; work orders with a technician app; owner voting and e-meetings; digital guest and courier passes; an equipment and maintenance registry; meter readings; integrations with intercoms, access control, and cameras; an application programming interface (API). The interface is available in 15 languages.

Results from live deployments: the vendor reports that at Ande Tower in Batumi, Georgia (about 500 apartments), collections rose from 40% to 80% of monthly charges within six months, and requests are handled three times faster. At Avant Park in Baku, Azerbaijan (1,000 apartments), the vendor states that the share of collected payments made through the resident app grew from 19% in June 2026 to 74% in August.
