We have used Velmie, formerly known as IKantam, since 2016, as a developer and support partner for a social media SaaS business. My former partner, who was the tech side of the business retired, and they were his replacement, essentially.
- They have experience with social media APIs
- Initially, they were responsive
- The system did function, reasonably well for the initial few years.
- As they've grown, a little more complicated to communicate.
- They have a team to support us.
- They are professional in the case of an emergency.
- Initially they helped us support our users.
- When we have hit bumps, we have been able to work through them, an important quality.
