Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Vendasta has helped us immensely to scale our business from simply radio and advertising into a full-fledged digital marketing agency. By partnering with them, we're now able to offer website builds, SEO services, digital advertising, social media management, and so much more. Plus, they have such a fantastic archive of educational videos, podcasts, learning courses, and more, that it's been very helpful as we bring the rest of the team and even incoming team members up to speed.
As far as service goes, they're very prompt to get back to us on any issues or regular maintenance items that come up. Also, one of my favorite resources is their Snapshot report. It's a top-tier prospecting tool that I offer to prospects to see how their online presence currently ranks. It has helped me get a foot in the door for a variety of clients, from established Financial Planners to new restaurants to Mechanic shops and more. We're very grateful for our partnership with Vendasta!

Cons

  • Their team is so large that sometimes I end up communicating with people who have no familiarity with BRN and our clients, so I end up having to repeat a lot of things to make sure we're on the same page.

  • I've been in sales for 7 years now, and 4.5 in my current position. They helped me to one of our top digital sellers in our company, which has helped increase my overall sales by at least 40%!

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use Vendasta white label services and platform to support my full service digital marketing agency. They also vet best in class third party vendors for me. I use Vendasta platform for 99% of my clients needs. I love how Vendasta is continually adding or improving services that are all designed for small local businesses. Perfect for my clients. The Vendasta support team is super helpful.

Pros

  • The Business App providing access to and monitoring of all online marketing channels for each client with a single login.
  • AI employee workforce specifically built for specific needs of small businesses.
  • Building offer packages for me to sell to clients. It is very flexible.
  • The core CRM in the business app to support SMS, email, and all sales activities for me and for my clients.

Cons

  • Tracking client use of the business app would be nice. I know they are working on making it even more simple for client use.
  • Tracking my billing on a per client basis could be a simpler and more transparent in the billing emails.

Return on Investment

  • The ROI is good. My pricing to clients is totally up to me. My profit margins are good and all services are delivered as promised.
