Highly Recommend VensureHR, not perfect, but really great PEO!
Use Cases and Deployment Scope
They are our PEO. We are a small organization (under 30 in the US) and they help us shop benefits, talk through employee relations situations, handle our payroll, etc. The primary reasons we use a PEO like VensureHR is for the payroll taxes and benefits as we cannot do that in house. VensureHR is very good with customer service and their costs are reasonable, which is why we chose them.

Likelihood to Recommend
VensureHR is great customer service, they process payroll correctly and on time. Benefits are a bit of a struggle but that may be the TPA Sisco. Our new plan year started June 1 and it's June 10 and we still don't have electronic cards and the carriers (Cigna and Sisco) are not updated. In my experience, the ATS was bad, so clunky and not worth the money so we turned it off. But I think the reporting is great and customer service is great - including our Benefits rep [...], she is fantastic.
