Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use it to send 1 to 1 and 1 to many communications within the company. I send monthly marketing communications to the company as well as other updates and also use it in place of email messages sometimes.

Pros

  • Records video
  • Allows for easy dissemination
  • Allows me to add editor privileges to other team members

Cons

  • Load times
  • No sound glithces
  • add a teleprompter

Return on Investment

  • Better communication
  • No need to upload to Youtube to make it viewable
  • Seeing the stats is also good

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I usually use it to screen record something that I want to share with my team. I then have it on Vidcast and share the link with all of my colleagues that want see it and this is why I used it the last time.

Pros

  • It's having a very good quality of recording. It is very easy to work with, very user-friendly and also sharing is very easy to manage to other people.

Cons

  • When shared with other users. Sometimes it doesn't start from the first attempt, so the user needs to do it again. So I would say it's a little bit slow when shared to open, especially the first time you open it, it takes a little bit more time to load. Those are the two main things that I can point out.

Return on Investment

  • It had only positive feedback. I don't have anything negative to say about it.
