List prices are in euros: EUR 15 per month for the first practitioner and EUR 9 per month for each additional seat, so a three-person clinic pays EUR 33 per month. Turkish practices are billed locally (TRY 500 per month, TRY 300 per extra seat); USD is also supported. Prepaying a term reduces the price: 5% for three months, 10% for six and 20% for twelve. The free plan is not a trial and does not expire, so a solo practitioner can run a public booking page and unlimited client records at no cost indefinitely. Paid plans remove the monthly appointment allowance and add the clinical side: session notes and progress reports, treatment and meal plan builder, custom forms, service catalogue and price list, invoicing and outstanding balances, and AI assistance. There is no setup fee, no long-term contract, and no per-appointment commission on clients who arrive through the Vitena directory.
