Use Cases and Deployment Scope
We use Voiceflow to design our conversation journeys for TOBi. Voiceflow is being used a design and prototyping tool which allows for rapid prototyping and enables markets to engage in journey testing. Between the tools used previously for design and Voiceflow, the major differences are - reusability of blocks, components and design system, capability to test with real testers while in design phase and the ability to Voiceflow to serve as single-source-of-truth for our designs which encompasses the responses, the design flow and the NLU data.
Further having the Gen AI capabilities and easy API integrations also allow us to do automation on our end.
