- Workflow Glitches - workflows will sometimes not move to the next step or will continue to spin in a "loading" fashion. Can be frustrating and slows down business.
- Issues do not get resolved timely.
Likelihood to Recommend
Wealthbox CRM is great with looking up advisor information. It looks a lot like a Facebook profile -- you can quickly make a comment to record a phone conversation, post an email, etc. The customizable workflows are great for due dates and keeping steps within your business.
