Overall Satisfaction with Wealthbox CRM

Our organization uses Wealthbox CRM to keep a log of phone conversations, advisor setups, emails, and personalized workflows.
  • Workflow Customization
  • Ease of Use with setting up Advisor and Contact Info
  • Workflow Glitches - workflows will sometimes not move to the next step or will continue to spin in a "loading" fashion. Can be frustrating and slows down business.
  • Issues do not get resolved timely.

  • Log emails and phone calls
  • Advisor Profile
  • Transparency with advisors - they can see the workflows we create and know what step their business is currently in and what's next.
Wealthbox is more user friendly and has a better view.

Wealthbox CRM is great with looking up advisor information. It looks a lot like a Facebook profile -- you can quickly make a comment to record a phone conversation, post an email, etc. The customizable workflows are great for due dates and keeping steps within your business.
