We use it to create narration for our training courses. It saves us time by not having to record our own voices or edit them.
Pros
- variety of voices and accents
- ability to customize pronunciation of certain words
- easy to use UI
Cons
- pronunciation can still be a little odd at times, requires trial and error
- needs better customization of pacing, emphasis, etc.
- UI can be a little cumbersome when using beta customization features
Likelihood to Recommend
Anything that requires narration is a great use case. Although WellSaid does a great job of creating more realistic sounding voices, its still not perfect if you are looking for a very authentic sounding voiceover.
