Whadata
What is Whadata?
Whadata is an EHR, practice management and revenue cycle platform built for independent medical practices. It replaces a separate EHR, AI scribe, patient portal and billing system with one platform, one login and one patient record.
EHR
- AI Scribe: live transcription in 22 language variants, the note drafted in the practice's own template (SOAP, H&P and more), and billing-ready ICD-10 and CPT codes.
- Insights: vitals, medications, allergies, conditions and history extracted into a structured record coded to ICD-10-CM, SNOMED CT, RxNorm and LOINC, with risk scores and care gaps.
- E-Prescribing inside the chart, including electronic prescribing of controlled substances (EPCS).
Practice Management
- Digital intake, provider-aware scheduling and a patient portal.
- Browser-based telehealth with nothing for patients to install.
- Communications: cloud fax matched to the right patient, team and patient messaging, and SMS appointment confirmations.
Revenue Cycle
- Claims: coding from the visit, NCCI scrubbing, denial-risk scoring, electronic submission and remittance posting.
- Billing: real-time eligibility, card and ACH patient payments, fee schedules and a collections overview.
Attestation Layer
A tamper-evident record of every AI-assisted output and the clinician signature that finalizes it. Nothing the AI drafts becomes final until a clinician signs it.
Compliance and platforms
Whadata is HIPAA and HITECH compliant and includes a Business Associate Agreement with every account. It runs in the browser and on iOS and Android.
