Whiteboard Fox

Whiteboard Fox is a browser-based collaborative whiteboard for remote meetings, brainstorming, teaching, tutoring, and informal diagramming. Users can create a board without installing software and share it by sending participants a link or Whiteboard ID.

Participants can draw, add text, erase content, and view one another’s changes within a few seconds. The canvas supports panning and zooming, and tablet users can work with touch gestures or a stylus. Boards can be used from modern desktop and mobile browsers, making the product suitable for quick sessions where participants may be using different devices.

The free plan includes seven drawing colors, with boards expiring after 14 days. Paid plans add more colors and opacity settings, configurable board expiration, multiple layers, dark mode, advertising removal, and additional support options.

Whiteboard Fox emphasizes fast setup and freeform drawing rather than templates, structured workshops, project management, or advanced diagram automation.
