If you're willing to do periodic reviews, it's a great way to host your site because they provide reduced cost hosting for honest reviews. Our website is not very sophisticated so I really don't know if we've "stressed" the platform, but for our purposes it works quite well. You do have to know how to setup and maintain the website; there doesn't seem to be much ability to interact and get help from them but I learned how to build a site from scratch using some nice youtube videos, Wordpress, and templates.

I’ve used other WordPress hosts that were very hard to work with – this one is great. There are a lot of features that are available. They have tiers and plans for just about any user. The free trial tier is great for working on a project before getting a lot of traffic. I expect to upgrade as-needed but I like not having high costs to start building an audience. Shared hosting wouldn't work for tons of traffic though and would need to move to something like a VPS.
