Windows Terminal is a terminal emulator and command-line front-end for command-line shells like Command Prompt, PowerShell, and bash (via Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL)). Its main features include multiple tabs, panes, Unicode and UTF-8 character support, a GPU accelerated text rendering engine, etc.

Terminal, A Must Have Cybersecurity Tool

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use Terminal for everything on a daily basis. I use WSL a lot with Terminal to maintain each and every server environment. With WSL (Windows Subsystem for Linux) I am able to run Linux on a Windows O/S. Ever since Windows added this feature my productivity went through the roof. I don't know what I would be using without Terminal, it's great for Cybersecurity and Web development.
