I use it for my own enrolled learning and I also have to assign relevant learning for my team that report under me I can assign a due day and make it mandatory.
The only problems we have had is when some members have completed the training but it would not show completed, once evidence is gained I can raise a case with the [...] team and this can be rectified

- Downloading the completed data in a more user friendly manner
- Sometime you can lose your progress on training if you have to leave in-between
- Searching courses can he improved as they need to be specific to find

Vast amount of courses that are bespoke for each role. Easy to navigate knowing what's required and the furthermore what is recommended for everyone to gain more knowledge.
You can self in role into course which is helpful and easy to do.
