Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Workstream is used as a Recruitment software in our organisation: 1. It helps with easy reach-out to the candidates and educating them about the organisation. 2. Video interviews and Video intros help in this current pandemic times 3. Video interviews help in easy shortlisting of candidates and with safety 4. Scheduling is automated via google calendar and helps in the correct scheduling of interviews.

Pros

Video interviews works really well in the current pandemic circumstances.
Google calendar is linked with zoom and makes scheduling easy.
Mobile training helps with videos and quizzes.

Cons

Hiring hourly workers becomes a challenge because of less candidates.
Integration to major hiring portals can be improved.

Workstream is well suited in the following scenarios: 1. Offer letters and hiring letters can be sent over a text message with a URL link 2. The software integrates with background verification vendors 3. It integrates with E-signature verification 4. Customization can be done Role wise and designation wise 5. Mobile training modules can be sent to new and existing employees 6. Completing percentage can be viewed anytime for the training modules 7. Constant reminders are sent to employees with pending training modules.

We use Workstream in the Human Resources department, it is a perfect software to recruit new staff, it is very easy to use, both for new recruits and for recruiters. It saves us time because we can schedule and conduct interviews digitally. It is software that simplifies the selection process, helps us choose the most suitable candidate for our company. It is a highly automated software that generates productivity for our company. Also, if a problem arises, technical support will help us immediately.

Pros

We can quickly communicate with applicants.
It is easy to edit the questions for recruitment.
The selection process is done quickly through a smartphone.
Great time savings and high productivity.
Information of our applicants always at hand.

Cons

It is software very attentive to our needs, which means that when we have a concern or need to solve something, they solve it immediately, they listen to our proposals so that our hiring is fast and without inconvenience.

If your company has flaws in the hiring system, I must say that Workstream is the most capable software, the hiring of personnel is very effective, it generates speed, a lot of productivity, the follow-up of the candidates is very good, it frees us from the burden of work because automation allows the selection process to be carried out more efficiently.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Workstream as our hiring platform and training. We are [the] majority franchisee and have 75% of the company currently on it. Workstream has been able to save our franchisees time and money when it comes to their hiring. Workstream uses several job boards to post. 10 to be exact. You can also sponsor a job post from Workstream. The QR code is an awesome feature and we've put the QR code on all recruiting tools for our franchisees. This is helpful to have on business cards when managers come across potential team members.

Text or email applicants as options or you can use both
Automatic scheduling for the applicant to conveniently use
Uses up to 10 job boards
Use the online signing feature for tax forms or internal forms
Upload training documents and videos for applicants or current employees to utilize on Workstream
Great blog updates to educate users on hiring trends
Workstream tutorial videos less than 2 minutes to help with most topics

Cons

I would love to see Workstream have a scheduler integrator
Allow video resumes
Have a virtual assistant

Workstream has been great for new restaurant openings by using the QR code on business cards and using the QR code on our marketing material as well. We had one restaurant have 17 applicant's via the QR code.

The biggest opportunity was cost during the pandemic. Our franchisees wanted a guaranteed number of applicants for being charged what they were getting charged. This was not something Workstream can accommodate but this is also not guaranteed on any job board.

Pros

Easily onboards new employees and contractors.
Provides a place to keep employee files organized.

Cons

I truly cannot think of a single aspect I'd like changed.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Workstream helped to streamline the recruiting process with my company. I love the functionality of the website, even my managers like using Workstream. One of the features that sold me was the texting option, this helps me when I need to quickly reach out to an applicant with quick response times because people don't always check their emails for their voicemails. I would highly recommend Workstream!
