This tool tracks attendance pretty accurately. We've found this feature particularly useful for our large team. However, if you want to record screenshots, you won't be able to do so with this tool.

For now, it's difficult to say because we've only tried the software on our remote workers.
We use this software for a variety of support teams. Thanks to WorkTime reports, we have a clear picture of the workload and it helps us determine when our employees need more backup on shifts. It is also easier to calculate wages when you know the exact time each employee starts and ends their working day and the general composite of their working hours.

If you're not doing all your work on your computer, you'll find this software pretty useless unless you can login and then logout when you start and end your day. However, I will definitely recommend it to anyone who does an hourly paid job. It's much easier to calculate wages with timely reporting. Great support team software and flexible working hours.
