What is Zenvia Conversion?
Zenvia Conversion (formerly Sirena) helps users respond to WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook Messenger through a centralized account to support messaging-based customer service. It allows organizations to respond to WhatsApp through a shared team inbox so there is no need to message customers through personal accounts. Users can integrate WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger and Instagram.
Zenvia Conversion users can answer potential customers' queries while using a preferred channel, and manage messages from a shared inbox. Users can create messaging buttons so people can contact the business from wherever they are. Use scoring and distribution Bots to filter and direct inquiries. Distribute these inquiries to agents using automatic assignment algorithms. Suggested uses for sales teams are the automatic, exclusive assignment of new clients. For customer service, a shared team inbox is available. Zenvia Conversion is available for desktop and in native apps for Android and IOS.
