What is Zoho BugTracker?
Software presented as a simple, fast and scalable bug tracking system that helps users to manage bugs and deliver products on time. Users can submit, track and fix bugs faster in the bug tracking tool with the help of custom workflows, business rules and SLAs.
Users can track bugs based on any desired criteria, and create custom views for issue tracking to focus on bugs that are the most time sensitive. The software will also display how many bugs have been logged and if they've been resolved, along with reports.- Bug Tracking Automation - Automates emails, uses rules to trigger desired actions, and uses webhooks to connect to third-party applications, thus automating service level agreements.
- Bugs View - Provides several fields so that submissions are detailed. Bugs can be assigned to team members, and customers kept in the loop as well, if there's a need for it. Bugs that are the most important can be displayed and exported with files if needed. Developers can stay focused with milestones, and progress is tracked with reports.
